Part Time Assistant to Student Ministries

McKendree UMC is currently looking for a Part-Time Assistant to Student Ministries to work with the seventh and eighth graders. The job responsibilities will include the development, implementation and coordination of ministries, programs, and classes for seventh and eighth grade students. This position will participate in recruiting and training volunteer youth counselors; be an active participant in discipleship. Plan, organize, and conduct annual confirmation classes for seventh graders and other students who have not joined the church.

Minimum Qualifications include:
High School diploma
Transportation to and from work
Three work references
Satisfactory background check
Computer Skills

This position will average 20 hours a week, Sunday through Friday.
