UMW PURPOSE
To know God and experience freedom as whole persons
through Jesus Christ;
To develop a creative supportive fellowship;
To expand concepts of mission through participation in the global
ministries of the church.
McKendree currently has 4 UMW Circles (groups) participating in activities that are a
combination of fellowship, devotions, Bible study, missions, and speakers.
M.O.M.
(Moms of McKendree)
This group has children at home, and meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month
from 10:00am - Noon in Room 315.
BUSY BEES
A mixed group of ladies, this circle meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00pm in Room 311.

SHARING AND CARING
Consisting mostly of those ages 50 and over, this circle meets the 2nd Thursday of each month
at 10am in Room 317.
CYBERGALS
A mixed group of ladies this circle meets once a quarter for dinner at a restaurant. To help this group
remain in touch, a newsletter is sent monthly, via e-mail.
